(digimob) Searchable Index -
At long last, we now have a searchable index to better facilitate your research needs!
The code for this database has been provided by Neutralrobotboy. Over several months he's hammered out all sorts of kinks and in the process donated a great deal of time and effort to the project. That doesn't mean there won't be any bugs, and if you find one we hope you'll let someone know. As the torrent info says, "we all have strengths to bring to the table." Lacking Neutralrobotboy's expertise, we wouldn't be enjoying access to such a useful tool. Further illustrating his acumen and forethought, he's even been so kind as to update it with the contents of digest #27.1.
So add X to your favourites and happy hunting!

Re: (digimob) Searchable Index -
I feel awkward saying this, but neutralrobotboy has handed the Searchable Index project off to me for further maintenance and so forth. Due to access rights and other related technical difficulties, the Index has been moved to another server. It will soon (possibly today?) be has been integrated into the Forum site via the Portal page feature, so that everything is available in one place.
Feel free to make suggestions for any improvements that might be made to the interface. I've done my best to make it work and look the same in every major graphical browser (IE7/8, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Chrome are the ones I tested), but I may have messed up someplace along the way. I can't vouch for text-mode browsers, as I don't have a fully working *nix machine to test it with. You need JavaScript enabled to use it, though.
Good luck finding what you need, and may the Winds guide you in your Journey.

Shouldn't we update this so people use the new database? I'm pretty sure that neutralrobotboy isn't updating the old one anymore (he said as much when we were trying to decide how to get my mods uploaded from my test server to an actual server), and might even close it down at some point. I only say something because I noticed (in the Live Traffic Feed on the left) someone leaving the forums for the heyexit address...

Good eye Sendoshin!
Now that the index has been added to the tags at the top of the page, it's especially convenient!
