intuition training
Intuition training can be as simple as you make it.
For example a small deck of cards...............they have 2 colors red and black.
Make a pile and lay out each time 4 cards.
and try to feel/guess wich color is below the card.
You need a lot of patience to develop this.
But in the end it will help enourmously if this gift is well developped.

Re: intuition training
I've found practicing Intuition a rather useful way of passing the time of my dayjob. It gives a little more purpose to an otherwise somewhat dull part of the day. But i find it difficult to make the distinction between predicting something by Intuition or by Reason. And i found that even when Intuition tells me something i should otherwise not logically know, Reason kicks in and mixes up the practice. Does anyone have any advice on how to make the difference clear in your mind, during every-day activities?

Re: intuition training
I also find/found it very dificult to focus for 100% on feeling..............logic also plays a part......
like whats the chance......of a red card...........
I always try to remember what the aim is; train feeling.

Re: intuition training
I find the easiest way to learn to understand your intuition is to focus on a physical reaction of your body. For example when an idea pops into your head and you want to know if ti is true (or going to happen), try thinking the idea with a big yes over it. Does it make you feel a little depressed, or does a muscle start twitching, do you get a tingling sensation somewhere, does your heart skip a beat, or do you start swaying like a pendulum. Learn to distinguish the different physical reactions you have and when they occur. After a while (5-20 years) you will just know without thinking. The idea of the exercise is to give the mind a thought process which is not really thought but emotion. For those that can see auras i have found that associating colors with ideas can help.

energetic response
Potentially a derivative of what Keser-Malchus has shared...
Have you ever had all the hairs on your body stand on end? All goosebumps. This state can be generated at will through a deep breath and a lightened heart.
In context of what was offered by the_crow... an association can be made between this energetic state and the correct identification of a card. In practice... holding the deck in your hands and after clearing and focusing the cards are rifle shuffled in the hands to combine a physical/tactile action with an intent and focused awareness. You are going to bring up your frequency to cause goose bumps to rise and the hairs on your body to stand up. Really feel the energy and associate it with the correct identification. If you make the association well each time you lift a card to identify it RED you either will or will not illicit the energetic state. If the energetic state is elicited the card IS red. If the state is not elicited the card is BLACK.
You can generate this type of association in any context to indicate any polar expression. This clearly differentiates from the primarily cognitive context your initial post (my interpretation)... here you have an intuitive indicator that is not expressed in the mind/thought contexts.
In my daily life the word/concept of beauty immediately triggers this energetic response.
Good luck and enjoy.
