A private initiatic edition of ten copies, each of three volumes, was published circa 1998, having 1200-plus pages. At present, it is intended that the outer edition of this work will be published in the next two-three years. Published in a single volume-format in a special limited edition, each book will be produced to a very high standard. The price as presently estimated will be in excess of £350 per copy.
