A chart with no commentary? Hmm.... Charts like this aren't that hard to draw up in the good ole information age. Accurate prediction based on charts, however, is perhaps not so easy. I would sit with it myself and try to come up with something, but to be plain, I'm a lousy astrologer.

Charts have certainly gotten easier to draft over the last decade, thanks in no small part to the ubiquity of the necessary software. I'd wager there aren't that many who still do it long-hand... maybe that should be a poll too.

Hrm... they're each separate classes, really. You could draw connections to either Tropical or Sidereal, but Sidereal might be the closest match - since it accounts for the precession of the equinoxes.
