I frequently hunt for techniques and exercises for different things. Just because they don't work for one person doesn't mean they won't work for others. Different practices are so varied it is hard to find 2 alike. I wanted to start this topic for different people to share theirs if they are willing. Anything from Levitation (that has become an interesting post.) to remote viewing, or yoga techniques. It really doesn't matter, but it can be fun to try the exercises others have found or use to strengthen the mind and body.
