Hello everyone,

I'm Alex, I'm 36 and work as a visual creative.
I could say that I'm following a path, my own path, grabbing what resonates for me in many traditions.
Let's say that I feel really close to Ken Wilber's Intergal Approach, that I practice Vipassana meditation in the Theravada tradition, that Kabbale and core shamanism are part of my world, and that everything looks like different shades of the same truth. I hope what I say is understandable, I'm not that used to talk about that kind of subjects in english.
Well, that would be for me introducing myself.
This community seems like a amazing source of knowledge, so I'm glad to be joining, having gathered a lot of material along the years.

A bientôt !

Welcome aboard Alex

It sounds like you have a wonderfully eclectic approach to life (and therefore the magic of life). I also am a big fan of Wilber. I'm in the process of reviewing Integral Psychology and I think his "A Sociable God" is very pertinent in today's world. Similar to Regardie's approach it I find Wilber's approach can ground any path on a solid footing.
Happy New Year
