Hello to all! 
I have no idea why I can't find this book free to download because U of Chicago Press has been giving this one out for free back in 2009 as a monthly giveaway. I can find this book just fine in Latin, French, German, and Russian. I can read Russian but I need English translation for specific quotations. Not feeling like botching the translation.
I would be very grateful if anyone could help.
