Golden Dawn and HRU

Popular amongst certain Golden Dawn circles is the idea that the angel HRU is not just the angel invoked during certain ceremonies. But the angel HRU is the Golden Dawn and Rosæ Rubeæ et Aureæ Crucis. So basically the body of HRU consists of the GD/RR et AC currents, Inner Plane beings linked to the Current and the Initiates which are linked to the Current.

Any thoughts on this?

HRU. In Golden Dawn rituals, a “Great Angel” set over the operations of the order’s secret wisdom. HRU was invoked in the ceremony used to consecrate the Vault of the Adepti, and is also mentioned in the Golden Dawn tarot papers; ……

From the Cicero's web site:

HRU - Angel of the Tarot” or “Great Guardian Angel,” who is set over the
Operation of the Secret Wisdom: “And I saw a strong Angel proclaiming with a
loud voice, ‘Who is worthy to open the Books and to loose the [seven] seals
thereof?’” This Great Angel is to be invoked in clairvoyance and divination
to increase spiritual perception. Possible form of Egyptian Horus or Hu:
“Tongue of Ptah and Ra,” a designation of Thoth. -Rehmus

They seem to think Hru an Enochian "minor entity" over here...

...Maybe but possibly not the same as the Enochian angel.

Another school of thought defines HRU as H.R.U. an abbreviation in the same way as I.A.O. is defined used within the GD. Not much talk on what H.R.U could be an abbreviation of.
